JLL hyresgästrådgivare till norska barnkonceptet Sprell som etablerar sig i Sickla
Sprell har tecknat hyresavtal om cirka 200 kvadratmeter butik i Sickla. JLL har varit hyresgästrådgivare till Sprell.
Sprell har tecknat ett hyresavtal om cirka 200 kvadratmeter butik i Sickla med planerad inflyttning under juni 2024. Sprell som säljer kvalitetsleksaker, babytillbehör och inredning etablerar härmed sin andra butik i Sverige. Den första butiken öppnades 2022 i Täby Centrum. Fastigheten i Sickla ägs av Atrium Ljungberg.
- Det känns väldigt bra att vi har hittat rätt butikslokal och utökar vår svenska verksamhet, säger Christian Sogn Iversen, VD Sprell.
- Vi glädjs åt ett bra tillskott till Sickla. Expansionen för Sprell fortsätter och härnäst vill vi hitta lokal för en flagshipbutik innanför tullarna på 300-500 kvadratmeter, säger Elsa Merhawi, Head of Tenant Representation.
